Delete on the web now
Confirm that the account is yours with the SMS code sent to the registered number. This step uses Firebase Authentication and Google reCAPTCHA to prevent abuse. The website does not store the number or the code.
Option 1: in the app (immediate)
Open Truco Mineiro and go to Settings (“Configurações”) > “Excluir Conta” (Delete Account). Confirm, and the account is deleted right away.
Option 2: on the web, without the app (immediate)
Use the “Delete on the web now” form on this page: enter the account’s mobile number, type the code you receive by SMS, and confirm by typing EXCLUIR (DELETE). The account is deleted right away.
- The SMS code proves you are the account holder. We don't delete an account just because someone knows the number or nickname.
- Sign-in must have happened within the last few minutes; if it takes too long, request a new code.
- The website doesn't store your number or the code. Sending the SMS uses Firebase Authentication and Google reCAPTCHA.
Option 3: with help from support
If you can't use the app or the form (for example, if you lost your number), write to suporte@wjfdeveloper.com.br with the subject “Excluir conta — Truco Mineiro” (Delete account — Truco Mineiro), including the registered number and your nickname. For security, deletion only happens after we confirm you are the account holder; we will never ask for your SMS code, password, or card details.
What is deleted
- Firebase Authentication login (phone number).
- Profile: nickname, avatar, level, XP, league, rating, statistics, missions, achievements.
- Friends, requests, blocks, group memberships, invites.
- Share cards and links and their view logs.
- Ad events linked to the account and the notification token.
If you are in a match, it is abandoned. Deletion cannot be undone.
What may be kept and why
- Your nickname in other players' match history, without your phone number, to keep their results correct.
- Security and anti-fraud logs, for up to 12 months, to protect the service and other players.
- Reports you made, without identifying who reported, for moderation.
- A record of the deletion request (ID and nickname), for 5 years, as proof that your right was honored.
- Crash reports already sent to Crashlytics, kept by Google for up to 90 days. Deletion of Google Analytics data linked to the account is requested from Google automatically.
Before you delete
If you like, request a copy of your data under Settings (“Configurações”) > “Cópia dos meus dados” (Copy of my data). Deleting your account is different from a suspension or ban: only deletion erases your data.
