1. Acceptance
These Terms govern the use of Truco Mineiro, developed by WJF Developer. By entering the app, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms and to the Privacy Policy. At sign-up, you confirm your acceptance by checking the box “Li e aceito os Termos de Uso e a Política de Privacidade” (I have read and accept the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy); we record the accepted version and the date. When these Terms change significantly, the app will ask you to accept again before continuing. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Eligibility
The game is intended for people aged 13 or older. Users under 18 should use it with the knowledge of their parents or guardians.
3. Account
Your account is created with your mobile number and confirmed with an SMS code. Use a number that belongs to you. An account is personal and non-transferable; do not sell, lend, or share your account.
4. Account security
You are responsible for keeping access to your SIM card and for activity on your account. Never share your SMS code with anyone; WJF Developer never asks for this code. If you lose your number, contact support.
5. Permitted use
You may use Truco Mineiro to play and have fun, for personal and non-commercial purposes, in accordance with these Terms, the law, and respect for other players.
6. The game
Truco Mineiro follows the rules of truco mineiro described in the app and on the game page. It is an entertainment game: there is no betting, cash prizes, paid currency, or purchases. Items, XP, leagues, and achievements have no monetary value.
7. Online matches
Online matches are played in real time with other people. The time for each play is limited. If you abandon a match, it may count as a loss; in one-on-one matches, leaving gives the win to your opponent.
8. Artificial intelligence at the table
- In quick play, if there are not enough players, the table may be filled with AI-controlled players, identified as AI in the waiting room.
- If a player disconnects, the AI may temporarily take their turn so the match can continue; if they do not return, the AI keeps playing in their place.
- Ranked matches and tournaments count only matches between people, according to the rules of each mode.
9. Leagues and missions
Weekly leagues, missions, levels, and achievements follow the rules shown in the app and may be adjusted for game balance.
10. Rankings and ranked play
The server is the authority on results, scores, rating, leagues, and rankings. In case of fraud, technical error, or inconsistency, results and positions may be corrected, voided, or recalculated.
11. Tournaments
Tournaments are points-based events with a set period. The rules for each tournament appear in the app. There are no cash prizes.
12. Content you create
Your nickname and the names and descriptions of groups you create are your responsibility and are visible to other players. This text goes through an automatic filter for offensive words and reserved names and may be changed or removed by moderation, for example by replacing an inappropriate nickname with “Jogador” (Player) followed by numbers.
13. Conduct
You may not:
- harass, threaten, intimidate, bully, or discriminate against other players;
- use nicknames, avatars, or group names that are offensive, sexual, discriminatory, or illegal, or that impersonate another person, the team, or WJF Developer;
- post spam, scams, or illegal content;
- defraud, deceive, or exploit other players;
- make false reports in bad faith.

14. Friends and contacts
When you sync your contacts, you see which of your contacts already play and can send friend requests; the friendship only exists if the other person accepts. You can remove or block friends at any time and choose not to be found by your number. Private room matches can only be started between friends. Details in the Privacy Policy.
15. Sharing
Share cards are optional and started by you. When you share to other apps, you are also subject to those services’ rules.
16. Cheating and fair play
It is prohibited to:
- use cheats, automated programs, bots, or macros;
- use modified versions of the app or interfere with communication with the server;
- deliberately exploit game bugs instead of reporting them;
- fix results, throw matches, or manipulate rankings, leagues, and tournaments with other players or with multiple accounts.
We use automated checks and analysis of fraud signals.
17. Warnings and suspension
If you violate these Terms, we may warn you, change your nickname, void results, or suspend your account for a set period. While suspended, you cannot sign in.
18. Bans
Serious or repeated violations may lead to a permanent account ban. If you believe there was a mistake, write to suporte@wjfdeveloper.com.br with your nickname and explain the situation; we will review your message. A ban or suspension is not the same as deleting your account: to delete it, see section 24.
19. Ads
The game is free and supported by Google AdMob ads. Rewarded ads are always optional and only unlock analysis or tip features, with no competitive advantage. Your choices about personalized ads and tracking do not affect the game.
20. Third-party services
The app uses Google services (Firebase, Google Cloud, AdMob) and is distributed through Google Play and the App Store. Use of these services is also subject to each provider’s and store’s terms.
21. Intellectual property
The Truco Mineiro name, the WJF Developer brand, the software, artwork, characters, and app design are protected. You receive a personal, limited, and revocable license to use the app in accordance with these Terms. The traditional rules of truco are in the public domain.
22. Updates
The game receives updates that may change balance rules, features, modes, and interfaces. Some updates may be required to keep playing online.
23. Availability
We work to keep the service available, but maintenance, connection failures, or interruptions may occur. Online matches depend on your connection; automatic reconnection is attempted when possible.
24. Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time under Settings (“Configurações”) > “Excluir Conta” (Delete Account) or on the deletion page. Deletion is permanent and erases your progress. We may also close accounts that violate these Terms.
25. Liability
The app is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, including Brazil's Consumer Protection Code (CDC), we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that the law guarantees you.
26. Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms and will notify you in the app about significant changes. The current version is always available at this address. These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. Version: 2026-10-01.
