Acceptance
These Terms of Use govern the use of PifeX, developed by WJF Developer. By using PifeX, you declare that you have read and agree to these Terms and to the PifeX Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the product.
Eligibility
Use of PifeX by minors must take place with the authorization and supervision of their parents or legal guardians, in accordance with applicable law and the ratings shown in the app stores.
Account
Some features require an account. You are responsible for providing truthful information and for keeping your credentials confidential. Notify support if you suspect misuse of your account.
You can request deletion of your account at any time at Account deletion — PifeX.
Permitted use
PifeX is offered for personal use and in accordance with its purpose. You may use it as long as you respect these Terms, applicable law and the rights of other people.
Prohibited conduct
When using PifeX, you may not:
- violate laws or the rights of third parties;
- attempt to access areas, data or systems without authorization;
- interfere with the operation of the product, including through abusive automation or reverse engineering not permitted by law;
- harass, offend or deceive other people;
- publish or transmit content that is unlawful, offensive or that violates the rights of third parties.
Content
If PifeX allows you to publish or send content, you remain responsible for it and declare that you have the rights necessary to share it. Content that violates these Terms may be removed.
Intellectual property
The PifeX name, the WJF Developer brand, the software, the design and the other elements of the product are protected by intellectual property law. These Terms do not transfer to you any right over them beyond the use of the product as provided herein. Games inspired by traditional games use public-domain rules.
Third-party services
PifeX may depend on third-party services, such as app stores and infrastructure providers. The use of these services is also subject to the terms and policies of each provider.
Availability
We strive to keep PifeX available and working properly, but interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates or due to external factors. Features may be changed, added or removed over time.
Termination
You may stop using PifeX at any time. Access may be suspended in the event of a violation of these Terms. If the product is discontinued, this will be communicated through the appropriate channels, and this page and the privacy policy will remain available for consultation.
Limitations
PifeX is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, including the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code, there is no liability for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the product. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that the law guarantees you.
Changes
These Terms may be updated. The current version will always be published at this address, with the update date shown at the top. Continued use after changes indicates agreement with the new version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
