Privacy Policy — PifeX

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how PifeX, developed by WJF Developer, handles the personal information of the people who use it. It applies exclusively to PifeX. Other WJF Developer products have their own policies, available at the privacy center.

The processing of personal data complies with applicable law, including the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 — LGPD).

PifeX allows account creation. The data provided at sign-up and while using the account is processed to provide the service. The exact list of fields is under review.

Messages sent to support by email contain the data you decide to include, such as your email address and the description of the problem.

When the app is obtained from Google Play or the App Store, the stores process data under their own privacy policies, independently of this document.

Security

Reasonable technical measures are adopted to protect the information processed, such as encrypted communication (HTTPS) when data is exchanged over the internet. No system is completely immune to incidents; in the event of a relevant incident, the affected data subjects will be notified as required by law.

Retention

Data is kept for as long as the account exists. Security and match records may be kept on a limited basis for fraud prevention and compliance with legal obligations.

Deletion

Deleting the account erases the profile, progress, friends list and login. Security and match records may be kept on a limited basis for fraud prevention and legal obligations. Deletion can also be done in the app, under “Configurações > Excluir Conta” (Settings > Delete Account), and a copy of the data can be requested under “Configurações > Cópia dos meus dados” (Settings > Copy of my data).

Your rights

Under the LGPD, you can request:

• confirmation of the existence of processing and access to the data;
• correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data;
• anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary data or data processed in non-compliance;
• portability, under the regulations;
• deletion of data processed based on consent, and withdrawal of consent;
• information about with whom the data has been shared.

Children and adolescents

This game is not directed to children under 13. Because it shows ads and may use the advertising identifier, it must not be used by children.

Changes

This policy may be updated. The current version will always be published at this same address, with the date of the last update shown at the top of the page. Relevant changes will be communicated through appropriate means.
