How to get help

MadeCoders support is provided by email by WJF Developer. Write in Portuguese, include the product name and describe what happened. Never send passwords, verification codes or card details.

Common issues

I can’t sign in
Check your connection and that the access address is correct. Use the access recovery offered by the product itself, when available.
Something doesn’t work as expected
Describe what you were doing and what happened. Tell us which browser or device you used.

How to report a bug

  1. Describe what you were doing when the problem happened.
  2. Tell us the device, the system version and, if you know it, the app version.
  3. Tell us what happened and what you expected to happen.
  4. If possible, attach a screenshot without personal data.

How do I report a bug?

Describe what you were doing, what you expected to happen, and what actually happened. Include your device model, operating system version, and, if possible, the app version. Screenshots help, as long as they don't show personal data.

How do I send a suggestion?

Suggestions can be sent to the same support email. Mention the product in the subject line so your message is routed correctly.

How do I request deletion of my account?

For products that use accounts, go to the account deletion center, choose the product, and follow the instructions. Never send passwords or verification codes by email.

Will support ask for my password?

No. WJF Developer never asks for passwords, verification codes, tokens, or full card details by email or through the website.
